Once again RIVERFARM's "Klabbe" Andersson stuffed a bag full of tricks, went to Gothenburg and unpacked it big-time and finished 2nd at the national final

RIVERFARM's Klas "Klabbe" Andersson packed a big bag of tricks, went to Falkenberg for the e's Game of Skate on Aug 23rd and took 2nd. Woohoo!
On Sept 11th he'll try to defend his minirampgold from last year at the Uddevalla Minramp Comp. Guldgrävargrind eller?

Great news - 1% for the environment

Around 2003 we introduced a line of products handknitted by my mum called Mama's where the profit went straight to saving rainforest, these products have so far helped save 50 000 square meters of rainforest. Then a while ago we decided that for each RIVERFARM product that we produce (even if it doesn't sell) 1% of it's suggested retail price should go to an environmental project such as The Childrens Rainforest or any similar organization with a good cause.

The first thing we did was to buy and save rainforest through The Childrens Rainforest based on our spring deck collection (see What's Crackin' 20100508) and just recently we bought and saved even more based on our spring collection of wheels and t-shirts (see above certificate).

This means that if you have bought any of these products during 2010 you have helped save 64 062 square meters of endangered rainforest and keep 4 758 metric tons of carbon dioxide inside the trees where it belongs and not in the atmosphere, not to mention a whole lot of land for wild animals.
